Included: measuring on site, removing and disposing of the old frame, fitting and adjusting the new one, insulating and sealing, and uPVC finishing strips inside. Not included: plastering, painting, cladding, lead and zinc work and structural work.

Good to know
Delivery, payment and subsidy
- Delivery: 3 to 5 weeks. Transport is included with installation; without installation it is free from €2,500 of products, otherwise €182; free collection in Waalwijk.
- Payment with installation: we measure, you accept the final price and pay a 50% deposit, the rest after installation.
- Measuring: included when you go ahead; cancelling after measuring costs €150.
- Subsidy: ISDE €111 per m² for triple glass in a new frame, €25 for HR++ (owner-occupiers, installed by a company).
- Warranty: 5 years on windows, glass and hardware, 2 years on doors and sliding doors, 2 years on installation.

How much do window frames cost in the Netherlands in 2026?
A uPVC tilt and turn window of 100 × 120 cm costs from €543 incl. VAT (Basic) to €655 (Premium), or €1,239 to €1,351 with installation. A sliding door costs from €2,020, a front door with frame from €1,672.
What does installation cost?
€695.75 per window, €1,324.95 per door and €2,171.95 per sliding door, all incl. VAT. Included: measuring on site, removing and disposing of the old frame, fitting and adjusting the new one, insulating and sealing, and uPVC finishing strips inside.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). Business customers can request prices excluding VAT.
What is not included?
Not included: plastering, painting, cladding, lead and zinc work and structural work. Extra work costs €150 per team of two per hour excl. VAT (€181.50 incl.) plus materials, always only after your approval.
What does it cost to replace all windows in a house?
A terraced house with 6 windows (one 3-section living room window, two fixed + tilt and turn and three tilt and turn windows) costs about €8,200 to €9,000 including installation and VAT. Add a sliding door (€4,831 fitted) or front door (€3,064 fitted) if needed.
